Shannon Mcinteer is a holistic health and wellness practitioner with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She began her healing journey years ago when she first learned different meditation techniques that inspired her to tap into her higher self. This path of newfound consciousness has led her to discover a growing passion for various healing modalities with the intention to bring balance to the body, mind and Spirit. She is a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, recognized by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. No matter where others may be on their healing or spiritual journey, Shannon is honored to hold safe space.
